回歸後當權者帶領香港走向自私之路，自由、平等、大方慷慨及開放的普世價值正逐漸消失，「集體自私」取而代之，市民在居港權問題上，因為自身利益，寧願相信政府的「大話」，「香港社會好悲哀，當人人只抱自私心，其實已變成野獸」。

大亞灣核電廠兩個反應堆，比日本福島縣的大超過一倍，但距離香港只有不足 50公里，若發生爆炸，本港市民隨時避無可避。今次事故正好讓港府有機會深切反思是否要增加核電供應，「減省用電亦係方法」。
